President, The Center for Health, Ethics and Social Policy
Frances Kissling is the President of the Center for Health, Ethics and Social Policy where she concentrates on values and ethics in health care. Kissling consults with the Ministry of Health, Mexico, PSI, IPPF and other clients. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Medical Ethics and Social Policy at the University of Pennsylvania and has been a Fellow at the Radcliffe Institute of Advanced Studies at Harvard University. She is a participant and occasional facilitator of dialogues designed to bring together people and groups polarized regarding policy controversies.
Kissling has published over 250 articles, mostly in the popular press, lectured in over 30 countries and testified before the European, British, Uruguayan, Brazilian parliaments. She has appeared on all major news programs multiple times.
